Delivery and postage
All items will be posted express mail by Australia Post. Bindoon Boots Australia Pty Ltd will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items sent in the Australia Post system. Some products are made to order and may take up to 14 days before dispatch.
International orders may incur an import duty. For information please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by Bindoon Boots Australia Pty Ltd and is the responsibility of each customer.
Return and exchange policy
Bindoon Boots Australia Pty Ltd gives a description and images of various angles of the products however owing to supplier variations, products may vary slightly from the images shown. Colour shades may also vary due to the dying process and the image colour quality on your computer.
Additionally small imperfections may appear in the sheepskin hide. These are natural and make your product unique. They are not flaws in the manufacturing process.

Exchanges are possible but the cost of postage will be at the customer’s expense, and must be within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original unworn condition with all tags attached

If returning your purchase for an exchange please include a note or send an email with the new product and size and we will send you our BSB and account details if any extra money is due. For your protection we suggest you send goods via Express Post with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
